Mudy on the Sakuban – kidnie
[Zankyo,2009]
genre: math rock, post-rock, instrumental, indie rock, experimental rock
Album Review by Sovereign
Instrumental intelligent rock music by five young Japanese guys from Nagoya (Jpn). This type of math rock and this technical style they had in the instruments lends them a clever and interesting attitude and music mode. Psychedelic, groovy and prog sound collage. Dance vibes and hard rock energy. This album is a surprise for 2009, it can attract fans of post-rock and in general, lovers of instrumental music, but also it can be attractive to experimental rock fans, as well as to some math rock and technical metal fans. Their noise and their fuss is in high levels, they do not have a method; they do not follow a beat or a standard pace. They change rhythms and tempo really often and they make some excellent music collages.
